Shipping & Processing

Bauble Hollow Complete Worlds are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. If your world is already completed and ready for its journey, it may ship sooner.

Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time. During unusually busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping service. Available shipping options and estimated carrier transit times will be displayed at checkout.

Orders of $250 or more shipping within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package after shipment.

Packaging & Shipping Damage

Each Complete World is carefully packaged to protect its tiny details during its journey to you. Please keep the shipping box and all packing materials until you have inspected your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Bauble Hollow within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and packing materials so we can review the damage and help make it right.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to Bauble Hollow because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through BaubleHollow.com. We hope to welcome more faraway travelers to the Hollow in the future.
