Returns

We want you to love your tiny world! Bauble Hollow accepts returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Because Bauble Hollow worlds are individually 3D printed, assembled, and finished by hand, small variations in filament texture, print pattern, placement, color, and finish are a natural part of their handmade character and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact Bauble Hollow within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and packing materials. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, replacement components, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation may no longer be possible because production may have begun.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Processing time for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
